Over the coming few months, the international organizing committee for ICP will swing into action to provide more details about the meeting, develop the program and start accepting abstracts. To manage numbers effectively we will soon be sending out an e-mail to those who attended the ICP3 meeting in Argentina (2006), to ask whether they are likely to attend ICP4. This will help the local organizing committee plan the meeting effectively. I am conscious that our mailing lists are very, very out of date. If your address is wrong or you know of others that would be interested in attending, please let me know by return of e-mail and I will correct our mailing list. At the moment we are managing these lists manually. However, with the help of Irina Brake at the NHM, London we will be moving this to a Scratchpad ASAP to manage this more effectively.
